In order to provide additional time and opportunity for our students to learn and be more successful, when a student has a D or F average or in the event a teacher requests a student to revise, complete or improve below proficient work, a teacher/staff member may assign Academic Support. A student will be required to complete the assignment and/ or alternative assignments provided by teachers and/or staff at proficient level. Academic support may be assigned before or after school or during lunch time. Failure to attend academic support and/or complete work to the teacher/staff member’s expectations may result in the student’s receiving in-school suspension, additional time with the teacher or lunch detention.
